CANCELLATION POLICY

If cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment, we charge ½ the cost of your scheduled appointment.

No-show:  Full charge.

If you are late, the timing of your appointment may be shortened due to your late arrival. You will still be charged for the full amount of your appointment.

We encourage you to arrive 5 minutes early so we can discuss the treatment plan and start your appointment on time. We look forward to working with you.
